We don't compromise on pure raw materials

We want us all to take the best possible care of the nature and each other. That's why we have a very clear policy to what raw materials we use and why:

Naturally Glutenfree

About a third of all celiacs cannot tolerate any form of gluten in their diet. For us, naturally glutenfree means that we do not allow any form of gluten in our production - not even up to the 20 mg per kilo allowed by law. Therefore, we only use grains that are naturally glutenfree.

Dairyfree (therefore also lactose-free)

Many people with gluten allergies today also suffer from lactose allergy or milk intolerance.

These people can safely eat our bread, cakes and pancakes, as they are naturally dairy-free too.

All bread and pancakes without artificial preservatives and flavor enhancers

To provide our customers with the purest possible products, all our bread and pancakes are free from artificial preservatives and flavor enhancers.

Many products are sugar free

To help our customers with healthier alternatives, many of our products have no added sugar or are sweetened only with honey. This way it can be eaten with a clear conscience.

Many products are vegan

More and more people today are choosing to live a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle, which means that their diet contains no animal ingredients at all. They can do this with confidence with many of our products, where we only use vegan ingredients.

We are committed to using the best organic ingredients in our production. That's why we make our products by hand every day with the utmost respect to ensure that our bread and cakes have just the right structure and consistency. However, this means that the products are not always 100% similar, but we live with that :-)
