Organic and Naturally Glutenfree Pancakes

For several years, we've also had a dream of making gluten-free pancakes, which are both healthier and more nutritious than the pancakes you can buy in both foodservice and retail. However, it would be far too time-consuming to make these by hand, so we bought a pancake machine, which of course comes from the country of the Crepe's - France.

Today we're making organic green brunch pancakes with spinach and broccoli and lots of eggs and ripe bananas on the pancake machine. Like all our other products, the pancakes are organic, naturally gluten-free and dairy-free, with no artificial preservatives or flavor enhancers.

However, the pancake machine can also make a lot of other recipes for brunch pancakes as well as large food pancakes and dessert pancakes. In fact, the only limit is your imagination, as long as the pancakes are organic, naturally gluten-free and dairy-free:-)

In connection with the purchase of the pancake machine, we also applied for EU funding for the project. Fortunately, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development liked our project so much that we received a grant for the purchase, which allowed us to realize our dream.
